Second, collaborate with local businesses for events or fundraisers to support schools, charities or even youth programs. This is a powerful way to build relationships outside of your circle. Such partnerships allow you to introduce your brand to not only local businesses’ networks, but also others in distinct communities.  These types of events are a win-win situation for everyone involved.
 
Finally, consider purchasing and giving thoughtful gifts for closings, anniversaries of home purchase, season changes holiday, etc..
